The InboxGeek system will retrieve all of the groups in your Ontraport account. From the List drop-down menu, select the group that you’ve created/chosen to use with InboxGeek and click Next.
NOTE:
InboxGeek cannot recognize contact statuses of ‘transactional only’ and ‘hard bounced’. In your Ontraport account, add a condition to your group to exclude all Bulk Email Statuses that contain ‘transactional only’ and ‘hard bounced’. Without this condition, InboxGeek will send an event for that contact but an email will not be triggered by Ontraport.
Multiple groups can be chosen for your integration. InboxGeek will filter and suppress duplicate contacts to prevent sending numerous events to a single contact.
In order for your integration to perform, a list size of at least 30k is recommended. If a list size of under 15k is integrated, the longevity of the performance will be shorter in comparison to a larger list.
