What are my payment options?

InboxGeek accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal transfers.

Do Events / Records roll over if they are not used?

No, Events or Records included in your subscription are valid for 30 days and do not carry over to the next billing month.

How do I change my subscription?

To change your subscription, log into your portal and go to the “Subscriptions” section under your Profile icon. There, you can select and switch to your desired plan. For more billing information, click here.

Why was my card payment declined?

InboxGeek is located in Canada. If your payment method is linked to a bank outside the country, it might be considered an international transaction. Certain banks or financial institutions may necessitate your verbal approval for international purchases. To avoid issues, check with your institution and ensure they are aware of your international transactions.
